Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide general IT support to Atlas employees.
  • Train employees individually or collectively on the use of office equipment and software.
  • Train employees in respect of Atlas IT policies.
  • Advise the Head of IT on hardware requirements.
  • Comply with Atlas Quality Procedures at all times.
  • Ensure that all IT equipment is in good condition.
  • Ensure that required software, versions, updates are installed properly among different teams.
  • Ensure entire IT system is functioning properly.
  • Ensure internet access and e-mail is working properly.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Associate/Diploma or at least on two year course of in either IT or relevant;
  • Good all round level of IT knowledge: Windows operations systems, both PC & server; network LAN/ WAN, WIFI, VPN, printers etc
Technical Skills
  • Both PC & file server builds, configuration, Windows update control, RAID configuration, data backup/testing and troubleshooting knowledge will be required. BIM & collaboration server knowledge can be gained from on hands experience and aid from the IT team.
  • Good knowledge of standard office based software: Microsoft & Adobe products etc. Installation & troubleshoot knowledge of CAD & BIM software can be gained from on hands experience and aid from the IT team
